How have your political views changed over time?

I used to feel optimism about government as a positive result of the political process. No longer.

I feel absolute mistrust for all those involved, and visceral disgust at the manipulation. Self-interest and party over country has sucked the prospect of moral authority from all political leanings.

Give me humor. Give me entertainment. Give me something thought-provoking, but leave your politics out in the sun to dry up and blow away.
